North Windy Ridge Haiti relief drive

North Windy Ridge School in Weaverville has raised more than $1,200 so far for a Haiti relief drive to purchase shelter boxes stocked with needy supplies for those who were devastated by the Jan. 12 earthquake. Becky Payne's classroom at North Buncombe Elementary School is also raising funds as well. NWRS drive ends Friday. For more on it, go here.
